Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin announced the preliminary schedule for
a week filled with more than 50 collections from national and international
designers as well as emerging talents. This showcase of events featuring the
Autumn/Winter 2013 collections will take place on January 15-18, 2013.
''Since creating the event in 2007,
it has always been our mission to shine a light on the creativity coming out of
Berlin and provide an international platform for designers to showcase their
collections,” said Peter Levy, SVP and Managing Director of IMG Fashion
Worldwide Events and Properties. “We are pleased to present a line-up with so
many exceptional talents and facilitate an opportunity that will further support
the growth of their individual businesses.”

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin
will once again take place on Strasse des 17. Juni at the Brandenburg Gate.
Over the course of four days thousands of people will
attend shows, conduct interviews, and meet the media, retailers and fashion
professionals. Events will take place both in the tents and at the various
trade fairs and industry exhibitions strategically aligned together to further
support Berlin’s prominence as one of the top fashion capitals worldwide.
Designers will show their
collections throughout the week in the event’s two venues, the Catwalk and the
Studio.
