Edie Parker is a collection of acrylic clutches. Inspired by the
original handbags favored by showgirls and socialites during the 1950s and
1960s, Edie Parker bags are chic, wearable sculptures. Museum exhibitions have
showcased mid-century acrylic bags that are truly works of art. Those bags have
lasted for generations; they have been passed down or scoured at vintage
stores. Like their mid-century
predecessors, each bag is meticulously hand crafted in America. Brett Heyman is
the founder and designer of Edie Parker. The brand sprang from her love of
mid-century style. Before the brand’s debut, Brett served as the Director of
Public Relations for Gucci until 2010.

Every Edie Parker bag is meticulously hand made. The sheets of acrylic are custom ordered, then
hand-cut and hand-assembled in America.
The components as well as labor are completely sourced in the U.S. No
two bags are identical. Pricing is
dictated by the amount of labor invested into each product. Due to the nature of hand-made production,
the more colors applied to the bag and the more complicated the geometric print
the greater the cost.
The bags are 100% acrylic, fragile but not delicate. Every bag includes a signature Edie Parker
mirror adhered to the lid. To clean gently wipe with provided dust cloth. Do
not put any cleaning product on the bag. Clutches with glow-in-the-dark details truly
do glow in the absence of light.
