FOR RESORT 2015

 

 

 

Introducing the EVERSTON bag – a new classic in the Chloé stable designed by Clare Waight Keller for Resort 2015, evoking the carefree attitude of the Chloé girl. The EVERSTON plays a confident game of contrasts between feminine curves and masculine structure – executed in the finest grade Italian leathers and finished with polished gold hardware. A tactile blend of smooth, nappa calfskin and sumptuous grained leather combines with the exotic touch of ‘Ayers’ watersnake to create accents of both texture and tonality. Bold yet soft colourways complement the Spring 2015 ready-to-wear collection, with hints of beige rosé, blush nude, hazel brown, stone green and cobalt blue.

The charm of the Everston lies in its pragmatic allure, as unexpected details are transformed into decoration that embodies the free-spirited, feminine essence of the Chloé DNA. Crafted in both large and medium-sized versions, its top-opening design features a soft, rolled frame set wide apart that conceals an oversized gold zipper, with hand-painted contrast edges that highlight the balance between structured geometry and the generous planes of vegetal leather. A dual system allows the Everston bag to be worn two ways, reflecting the independent and dynamic lifestyle of the Chloé girl. Firstly, an adjustable saddle strap allows the bag to be worn over the shoulder and slung low on the hip for an effortless, urban attitude. Secondly, the EVERSTON transitions into an elegant handbag with double-rolled handles and a piped horseshoe detail that finishes its subtle, 70’s-inspired design.

VERSACE LANCE LE SAC F. SIGNATURE

Versace présente sa nouvelle icône, le sac F. Signature, une édition limitée de la ligne phare « Signature ».

 

L’initiale F fait référence aux franges abondantes qui ornent cette édition spéciale, ajoutant un twist frais et élaboré.

 

Le haut du sac est décoré de clous dorés, et gansé d’une lanière de cuir cousue à la main, renforçant son esprit artisanal.

Ces détails soulignent les motifs propres à la ligne Signature, comme les anses en cuir et les têtes de Méduses dorées.

Le F. Signature est fait à partir de cuir nappa tendre, et surmonté de franges en veau velours. Il est disponible en noir ou blanc, mais aussi en couleurs vives telles que le fuchsia ou le bleu.

Le sac F. Signature sera disponible dans un réseau de boutiques internationales sélectionnées à partir de Mai 2014.

La Maison Versace lance un nouveau membre au sein de la ligne iconique Signature : le D. Signature.

 

En utilisant avec humour l’initiale du prénom de sa directrice artistique, Donatella, le D. Signature réunit tous les symboles d’un style moderne. Ce sac représente les leitmotivs de la marque : glamour, sensualité, détermination et force.

Le D. Signature se décline en noir, ainsi qu’en couleurs vives, telles que le rouge rubis, le turquoise et le pétrole. Son design épuré se voit décoré de brandebourgs, mais aussi de détails dorés tels que la Méduse, célèbre emblème de la maison.

Ce sac se décline en une variété de peaux ; cuir de veau lisse ou suédé, poulain, python décoloré ou crocodile poli.
 

Le D. Signature sera disponible en magasin à partir de Juin 2014.

Versace introduces a new member of the iconic Signature bag family – the D.Signature.

 

Playfully taking the initial of Versace’s creative director, Donatella, the D.Signature is a compact update of the contemporary style. The bag is like the handwriting of of the house itself: glamorous, sensual, determined, strong.

The D.Signature comes both in classic black and vivid colours, such as ruby red, turquoise and petroleum. Its sleek designed is decorated with frogging, either embellished or inlaid, as well as gold details such as the famous Versace Medusa head.

The bag comes in a variety of skins, from leathers such as calf, suede and pony, to bleached python and polished croc.

 

The D.Signature will be available worldwide from June 2014.

Playing is believing that beneath the lakes are hidden cities and pretending you can see them, too. Playing is when you laugh so hard you get a dislocated jaw. Playing is the emotion of doing things for the first time and the shortness of breath you feel after running out of the blue. Playing is building a house under the trees using just what nature and the household provide. Playing is when you sing while riding the bicycle and when you make your Fiat Panda squeal off on a gravel road . Playing is baking pizza and pasta and bread. Playing is musing and lying down on the logs in a stream as you get kissed by the sun. Playing is jumping aboard a running car and burst out laughing and dashing off again. Playing is climbing up empty bleachers knowing that they’re all there for you. Playing is talking at nights through disconnected intercoms and telling everything and all! Playing Treasure Hunt. Playing with a candle contending for who fights the wind the best. Playing every day. Playing is going out in an apron. Playing is when you phone grandma making her believe it’s the telephone company. Playing by acting the lady. Playing is when you make impersonations and nobody takes offence at it.



“Magic mirror in my hand, who is the fairest in the land?” Who, among us, has never pronounced these words at least once in front of the mirror? To me you’re all beautiful, dear women, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned on my skin being an ugly duckling is that the swan inside us can shine so bright as to blind, if only we want it!

The Spring/Summer 2014 collection is pure magic! In the hands of women, handbags turn into talismans of positive thinking that are capable of triggering reflections and emotions and bring us back as heroines into those fairy tales which have colored our childhood and made our hearts bump. I already put everything necessary inside: imagination, respect, music and poetry – as much as needed to live the everyday fairy tale at its fullest.

“Specchio specchio delle mie brame, chi è la più bella del reame?” Chi di noi non se l’è ripetuto almeno una volta davanti allo specchio? Per me siete tutte bellissime, care donne, e ho imparato sulla mia pelle di brutto anatroccolo che quel cigno dentro di noi può risplendere talmente forte da accecare, se solo lo vogliamo!

La collezione P/E 2014 è un concentrato di magia! Le borse, al servizio delle donne, si trasformano in talismani del pensiero positivo capaci di far riflettere ed emozionare e riportarci da eroine in quelle favole che ci hanno colorato l’ infanzia ed emozionato il cuore. Io dentro ci metto già tutto quello che ho, fantasia, rispetto, musica e poesia – quel tanto che serve per vivere al meglio la favola di ogni giorno.

Volete sapere come sono fatte? Non ve lo dico. È un segreto e voglio svelarvelo io personalmente! La principessa che credeva nelle favole sei tu e la guida per vivere sempre felici e contenti è custodita nel tuo cuore.

Giocare è l’emozione di quando fai le cose per la prima volta e il fiatone dopo una corsa all’improvviso. Giocare è costruirsi una casa da sole sotto le piante usando quello che offrono la casa e il bosco e dormirci dentro. Giocare è quando canti in bicicletta e quando fai le sgommate sul brecciolino con la Panda. Giocare è fare la pizza e la pasta e il pane. Giocare è meditare e sdraiarsi sui tronchi nel fiume a prendere il bacio del sole. Giocare è salire sulle macchine in corsa e mettersi a ridere e scappare di nuovo. Giocare è salire sulle gradinate vuote e sapere che sono tutte per te. Giocare è parlare di notte nei citofoni caduti e raccontare tutto, ma proprio tutto tutto! Giocare alla caccia al tesoro. Giocare con una candela a chi resiste meglio al vento. Giocare tutti i giorni. Giocare è uscire col grembiule. Giocare è quando telefoni a nonna e fai finta che è la SIP. Giocare a fare le signore. Giocare è quando fai le imitazioni e nessuno se la prende.
